Department Programs
Culinary Arts (CAO) is an option under the Hospitality Management & Tourism Department. The degree is offered as Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts Option. Various concentrations within Hospitality Management & Tourism include: HMTT: Restaurant Management, HMTTL: Hotel Lodging, HMTTM: Meeting & Event Planning, HMTTT: Tourism, CAO: Culinary Arts. Note: The department is currently working on a Baking/Pastry degree concentration, and pending approval by the Board of Trustees, expect to have the program available by Fall 2009.
