HMT LAB Supplies List

Required for all HMT 101 and higher level lab classes: 
Uniforms for HMT Culinary Arts Lab classes are available in the Tartan Campus Book Store. 

The following uniform is required for all students registered for HMT 101-Dining & Kitchen Orientation, and all HMT lab classes.  A knife kit is part of the uniform and is also required. 

Note:  HMT 101 students are required to have FULL UNIFORM AND SUPPLIES by the second week of the quarter.  The DINING ROOM SERVICE ATTIRE will be required later in the quarter.  The chef's uniform is required dress in HMT lab classes.  No exceptions.
