Uniforms for HMT Culinary Arts Lab classes are available in the Tartan Campus Book Store. 

The following uniform is required for all students registered for HMT 101-Dining & Kitchen Orientation, and all HMT lab classes.  A knife kit is part of the uniform and is also required.
