The following is a list of required supplies that a Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management student must obtain prior to starting HMT 112 in Sinclair’s Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management programs.  All items may be purchased on campus at the Tartan Campus Store, except those marked with a symbol (Ì).  Please check with a faculty member for suggestions and/or answers to your questions.
