All classes are available on Saturdays from 9:00-2:00, and are taught by Chef Frank Leibold on Sinclair's downtown campus in Building 13's Culinary Arts kitchens. Registration for the one-day classes must be completed through the Learning Center at Miami Valley Research Park.
