Work in our BRAND NEW MICU Simulator (click here to see photos) with our Laerdal® fully interactive SimMan® patient simulators. These high-tech simulators allow you to perform almost all skills that you can and breathe on their own as well as have vital signs, lung, heart and abdominal sounds and more. You will be working with a team to provide care to a number of different patient scenarios throughout the day
The entire purpose of the day is to get you as much Hands-On training as possible. You will be doing most every skill within your training level including CPR, AED, Monitoring, Defibrillation, Cardioversion, starting IVs, Chest Decompressions, Needle Crichothyrotomy, Intraosseous, Ventilatory Management, Intubations (oral and nasal), transfer of the patient to the cot (and to the medic), working in the MICU simulator on a few scenarios, immobilization techniques and more.
Due to the special nature of this seminar, we request that you register as soon as possible so that we can make this the most exciting continuing education seminar you have attended.
