Ohio EMS board approved content.  Includes key content from National Standard Curriculum for EMT-Basics for National Registry re-certification.  Emphasis on assessment and initial basic management of the critically ill and injured patient including medical and traumatic emergencies.  Two lecture and one lab hour per week.

The EMT-Basic Refresher is a 2.5 credit hour course offered Winter and Summer quarters.  The course meets on Saturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm.  For specifics, please contact the EMS office.
