User Support

The User Support area of concentration builds skill in preparation for Network+and A+ certification.  Build skill in technical support, assistance, hardware and software troubleshooting, system maintenance, plus training and documentation for computer users.  Acquire general knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, plus software and network operations.  Provide practical technical support to the end users of computer technologies.  Provide direct technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, assist in system maintenance respond to customer service issues.
