Information Technology at Sinclair Community College (SCC)

The Information Technology function at SCC is organized under Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Kenneth Moore.   The Director and Chief Technology Officer is Scott McCollum who manages and directs the development and production activities for all hardware, software, information security, and telecommunication service and support components which facilitate the effective distribution and operation of Information Technology functions.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Dan O'Callaghan, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), reports to CTO Scott McCollum. The primary responsibility of the CISO is to develop and implement a campus-wide security program that supports the academic and administrative use of information technology. He also provides specialized consulting, materials, programs, and analysis related to the areas of information security.   CISO mission statement
