All students are encouraged to meet with an academic advisor early in their studies at Sinclair. Academic advisors are available to assist with:
- understanding degree requirements
- selecting (or dropping or adding) courses
- planning to transfer to other academic institutions
- transferring in credit to Sinclair from other institutions
- probation
- readmission
Students may stop by the Academic Advising Center in 11-346 to meet with an advisor or they may schedule an appointment by calling (937) 512-3700 (or toll-free 1-800-512-3700). Academic advisors may also be reached via e-mail at academicadvising@sinclair.edu.
Hours of Operation
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–7p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (4:30 p.m. closing during summer quarter)
PLEASE NOTE: We will be closing at 5pm on November 26. We will be closing at 11:45am on December 19 and closing at 5pm on December 31.

October 31, 2008: Last Day to Withdraw with a "W"
Winter Quarter 2009
November 3, 2008: Registration for Winter Quarter begins
November 27-28: Campus CLOSED
December 12, 2008: Last day dismissed students may petition for readmission for Winter Quarter, 2009
December 19-28: Campus CLOSED beginning at 11:45 on December 19
January 1: Campus CLOSED
January 5, 2009: Winter Quarter Classes Begin
