Accessible Parking

ALERT: Traffic Flow Affected by City of Dayton Street Project

Starting March 4, 2019, the City of Dayton will begin a 2-month Water Main Replacement Project on 4th and 5th Streets through the Dayton Campus, reducing them to one lane.

See map with a recommended alternate route to student and visitor parking in Lot A using the rear entrance on Mead Street.

Dayton Campus ADA Parking Options

ADA parking for students, visitors & part-time employees:

  • Lot A: student parking garage, level 3
  • Lot E: enter off of Perry Street (near Building 9)
  • Lot K: student lot beside Building 13

If the lot is full, parking attendants can confirm if any ADA spaces may still be available.

Lot A - Accessible parking is available on the third floor, near the walkways to Buildings 3 & 4 and to Buildings 13 & 14. This is a covered lot with 6'9" clearance. Entrance and exit from West Fifth Street or Mead Street. This lot is an open access lot.

  • 55 accessible parking spaces
  • 22 van spaces

Lot B - Entrance from St. Mary's Street, exit on West Fifth Street, near Building 17. This lot is an open access lot.

  • 5 accessible parking spaces
  • 3 van space

Lot E - Entrance from Perry Street, exit on West Fifth Street, next to Building 9. This lot is an open access lot.

  • 7 accessible parking spaces
  • 2 van space

Lot I - Entrance and exit from Court (Ludlow) Street, next to Building 19. This is an open access lot.

  • 2 accessible parking spaces
  • 2 van space

Lot K - Entrance and exit from Longworth Street, next to Building 13. This lot is an open access lot.

  • 10 accessible parking spaces
  • 4 van spaces

Lot M - Entrance and exit from Fifth Street, next to Building 20. This lot is an open access lot.
