Michael Burns directs the Systems Development & Maintenance Department which is made up of the Administrative Systems and Web Systems units.  Administrative Systems is responsible for maintaining the enterprise software that is used to support the student services and business offices of the college.  Web systems manages Sinclair's web sites, which include the Internet, Intranet, and Portal, plus the Angel online learning management system.  In addition, Web Systems develops web-based, custom applications to support essential college processes.  Examples of these custom applications include the Curriculum Management Tool and the Student Success Plan.
