The Administrative Division has approximately 75 non-sworn security officers who assist in patrolling the downtown campus and parking lots.

The Courseview Campus along with the Englewood, Huber Heights and Preble County Learning Centers are patrolled by Safety Information Officers (SIOs).  These officers have received additional training in First Aid, CPR, AED and vehicle assists.

The Sinclair Police Department has one detective who reports to the Administrative Captain.

The Communications Center and staff are also part of the Administrative Division.
