Scott McCollum, Director of Information Technology Services and Chief Technology Officer, manages and directs the development and production activities for all hardware, software, information security, and telecommunication service and support components which facilitate the effective distribution and operation of Information Technology functions.

ITS is composed of the Help Desk & IT Labs, Technical Services, Network Operations Center, Information Security, Policies & Procedures, Systems & Network Administration, and Voice Telecommunications.
