Donna Blankenship is Manager of Technical Services. Technical Services provides hardware and software support, upgrades of operating software, and installation of new PCs for all the on-campus labs, administrative offices, and off-campus distance learning labs. Technical Services maintains an equipment inventory database for monitoring the location and use of computers, monitors, and printers.
