ABOUT SINCLAIR

Welcome to Information Security

The primary goal of Sinclair’s Information Security Program is to help “meet the need” to assure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information collected, created, shared, or otherwise used in support of the learning, research, and community/public service mission of the College.
Sinclair Community College recognizes that principles of academic freedom, freedom of speech, and privacy hold important implications for information use, and encourages the use of effective information security practices when using information resources to share information, to improve communication, and to exchange ideas in support of these purposes.
