
Multimedia Event Support Services is managed by the User Support department in the IT division.
Functions and services provided include:
· Audio-visual technical setup for Corporate Community Services, special events and interactive learning classes.
· Interface with and provide technical support for external clients.
· Troubleshoot problems and find quick solutions or temporary fixes to ensure that equipment and programming are available for events.
· Ensure the Sinclair Center private wireless network is functioning for the Corporate Conference Center.
· Ensure ports are configured correctly for clients to use the wired network.
· Administer the video conferencing control system(building 14 head-end master control room) to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Maintain and troubleshoot the audio-visual systems for Corporate Conference Center.
