Help Desk Ticket Online Procedures

The Help Desk Tickets Online is an easy-to-use system to track Help Desk problems. For detailed instructions on using Help Desk Tickets Online go to http://hdto.sinclair.edu/help/hdto.htm.

To connect to Help Desk Tickets Online go to http://hdto.sinclair.edu. The User Name is your network ID and password. With Help Desk Tickets Online you can:

  • Review your contact information for Help Desk reference.

  • Show all your existing Help Tickets or calls placed to the Help Desk.
    This feature will give the status of your calls placed to the Help Desk, whether a ticket is open or closed.
  • Create a new Help Ticket.
    You no longer have to call Help Desk for a problem.
  • Contact Information
    Use our "Contact Information" for phone numbers and hours of operation.
