The Help Desk

  • Is trained to help you with your questions or problems when trying to access or use the many features within my.sinclair, email and Web Advisor
  • Will assist with troubleshooting your problems
  • Will not be expected to answer questions about non-supported software or commercial on-line services (AOL, FastNet, etc).
  • Does not have the resources to setup or repair personal computers, install software, nor can they assist with computer programming
