Network Access is issued automatically to active Sinclair faculty including ALL PART-TIME FACULTY:

1. On their start dates in the Human Resources system (Colleague database); and
   
2. The access remains active if the faculty member has been paid in the last month OR the faculty member is:  
   1. Assigned in the Colleague system to teach a class in the current quarter.
   2. Assigned in the Colleague system to teach a class in the previous quarter.
   3. Assigned in the Colleague system to teach a class that begins in less than one month.
