The Help Desk is staffed by three full-time and four part-time analysts. The Help Desk phone system operates with Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).

When a call is received, ACD cycles it to the next available Help Desk analyst. If all analysts are busy assisting other customers, the call is placed on hold. An alternate way of contacting the Help Desk is by creating a Help Desk ticket by going to Help Desk Tickets Online and completing the request with a detailed description of the problem.
