Research Misconduct of Science
Sinclair Community College has a responsibility to promote and explain federal policies and procedures related to misconduct of science. See Sinclair Research Misconduct Process.
 
Misconduct of science means fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism in proposing, performing, or reviewing research, or in reporting research results.
 
Gant-funded personnel must receive training relating to misconduct of science. Sinclair provides a PowerPoint presentation to explain the general principals of research misconduct.  After viewing the PowerPoint presentation, please print, sign, and send to the Grants Office the training verification form.
