ABOUT SINCLAIR

Are You Ready to be a Project Director?

Being a project director will require you to juggle multiple roles. For example, most projects require you to be a manager, a program promoter, and a budget monitor. Ask yourself the following questions.  Your answers will provide insight into whether or not your interests or strengths fit the profile of a project director role.

1.      Do you balance your check book?  Or understand your income taxes?

2.      Can you cite examples of projects you have managed in the past? (work or home projects)

3.      Do you have time to manage a project?

4.      Why do you want to do this project?

5.      Is there anything that might prevent you from completing the project on time and on budget?
