ABOUT SINCLAIR

Hiring

All grant-funded positions must follow College hiring policies. The salaries and wages for all positions must be processed through and approved through the Human Resources Department.

Be sure to contact the Office of Human Resources before offering a job to anyone.

There are several different situations under which grant-funded staff can be paid, such as reassigned time, personal service agreement, and temporary, part-time staff.  Your approved budget and federal wage and hour rules usually dictate which payment method you can use.  Please contact JoAnn Martin before you start working on the grant project to determine the payment option you should use.

If you will be hiring people as part-time, temporary staff to work on this project, here are instructions and links to the forms you will need.
