Information Technology Services (ITS)

The Information Technology Services Help Desk provides technical support for hardware, software, and network problems. Contact the Help Desk six days a week:

You may also send tickets via e-mail to helpdesk@sinclair.edu

Network accounts are issues automatically for all part-time and full-time employees. If you have questions about network accounts, contact the Help Desk.

ITS provides many services, including Colleague System Access (Sinclair's student database), and Word Processing Services. Visit the ITS web page for more information.
