Objectives:

  • Plan and implement professional and personal enrichment activities that are responsive to humanistic as well as technical and environmental changes.
  • Encourage and support innovative and creative projects or other strategies designed to facilitate the college mission.
  • Enhance staff sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs, goals and individual differences of students and co-workers.
  • Increase staff awareness of, and involvement in, SDIC programs and resources.
  • Cooperate with professional/educational organizations that support the objectives of SDIC.
