Full-time professional/support staff
The Staff Mentoring Program is designed to familiarize new staff members with the college and its procedures.  Mentors are assigned with the understanding that the mentor will be a resource indefinitely.

How is a mentor assigned? Mentors are assigned by the Chair of the Mentoring Committee from a list of certified mentors at the time a new employee is hired.
