ABOUT SINCLAIR

Wellness Resource Center
The Wellness Resource Center is an on campus Service Learning site supported by the office of Service Learning at Sinclair Community College.  This program encourages your participation in your own wellness through Sinclair's classes, events and activities that are assigned one or more dimensions of health and wellness:  Physical/ Intellectual; Social; Emotional/Mental; Occupational; and Spiritual.
Throughout the quarter events and presentations are held to promote wellness in our community.  All are invited to attend and learn more about health and wellness topics. Please check for announcements about specific presentations each quarter.

Check back for The Fall quarter 2009 schedule.

Are you interested in participating in the Wellness Portfolio Program? - an incentive program for students to improve all aspects of their health by participating in campus and community events. Document your attendance in at least 4 events, on the Wellness Portfolio and turn in completed form to the Wellness Resource Center or Room 14324 to be eligible for prize drawings each quarter.  Questions-call 512-5040.
