Member of the Finance Committee

Richard Chernesky was appointed to the Board of Trustees by Governor Bob Taft.  His appointment began March 31, 2006, and runs through July 9, 2010.  Richard fills the second Warren County position that was created in the same Ohio legislation that added Warren County to Sinclair's official district. Mr. Chernesky, the managing partner at the law firm at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, concentrates his practice in the area of general corporate law.  Richard has lived in Warren County for 36 years.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University.
