The Senior Vice President and Provost reports to the President and has full responsibility for leadership of instruction of student learning to support the mission of the college, strategic planning in the implementation of state-of-the-art technology in the classrooms, and the day to day operation of the following divisions:  Business and Public Services; Liberal Arts, Communication and Social Sciences; Life and Health Sciences; Science, Mathematics and Engineering; Distance Learning; and Tech Prep.

The Senior Vice President and Provost's office at Sinclair Community College consists of Helen Grove, Senior Vice President and Provost; Dave Collins, Associate Provost; Jared Cutler, Director of Curriculum and Assessment; Janeil Bernheisel, Coordinator of Transfer and Articulation; Nina Allen, Executive Administrative Assistant; Michele Petrey, Administrative Secretary; and Christie Flesher, Administrative Secretary.

The Senior Vice President and Provost office operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
