William (Jeff) Boudouris is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  He serves as the  Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Warren County Montgomery County Community District (Sinclair Community College) as well as the Treasurer of the Sinclair Community College Foundation.
