Chairperson of Strategic Linkages Committee

Bernard "Barney" H. Wright is the Executive Vice President and Trust Officer for Lebanon Citizens National Bank where he has worked for over 28 years.  He is the first Sinclair board member to be appointed by the Warren County Commission.  Barney was appointed to the Sinclair board on December 27, 2005, and his term expires July 9, 2012.  He is the former chairman of the Community College Board of Warren County.  Barney has been active with the Area Progress Council of Warren County, Warren County United Way, and is a trustee for Montreat College in North Carolina.  He holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Wooster, a law degree from Tulane University School of Law, and is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.
