Mary Boosalis, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Premier Health Partners,  was appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Montgomery County Commission.  Mary completed her first term and was re-appointed to a second term, effective July 1, 2010, through July 1, 2015.  Mary has been employed by Miami Valley Hospital for several years and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer until January 2011.  She had previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Mary has 10 years registered nursing experience.  She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from California State University and a master's degree in health services administration from Arizona State University.
